Beef purchased from BRBC is not returnable as it is a perishable item, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make it right with you. 

We value transparency and good communication, and we cannot fix things we do not know about so please, do not hesitate to reach out with any discrepancies that you may have.

Prices of our product are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to discontinue an item without prior notice. We do have the right to adjust pricing based on weight of each individual cut. Certain products may be available exclusively online. Some products may have limited quantities.

The material on this site is provided for general information only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color and images of our products.

By submitting a testimonial for BRBC you are agreeing that it may published my BRBC for promotional purposes only.

Payments accepted include cash, check, and card at all pickup locations. There will be a $20 charge on non sufficient fund check returns.

If an order is placed and paid for online, and no arrangements are made for pick up, or a no show occurs at place of chosen pickup, you have 72 hours to contact me and make other arrangements. If none of the above occur, there will be no refund available and your order will be placed back into inventory.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of food-borne illness, and Bosben Rd Beef Co is not responsible once the beef has left our possession.
